Over the weekend a massive ransomware cyberattack was launched by malware called “WannaCry” and this is in fact still a current and growing threat.
Whilst we were confident our Maintenance systems and anti-malware protection had ensured our customers on Support Agreements were safe from this attack, the scale of the attack prompted us to spend additional time this morning, manually checking key assets. All were found to be safe.
Therefore, if you have a Support Agreement with us you may rest easy.
